How do you exercise your dog on a rainy day?

I get it! When it is sunny and nice out we all want to be outdoors with our dog running or hiking the trails. But what do you do when it rains? Some dogs don’t mind the rain and still want to go out. But what about the dogs that hate getting wet and run out to do their business and then run back inside? I hear this question all too often. I can tell you what I do with my dog…… I head to my local Home Depot!!! I walk the aisles with him and also pick up a few items:-) Make sure to call ahead to see if they are dog friendly but most Home Depots allow dogs as long as they are on leash and well behaved. Newton even gets a cookie from some of the workers when we go!! I would love to hear from you what you do when it rains out!!
